Senior Chef de Partie - Rustic Italian, Seasonal Menus

The Canteen, part of Public House Group, is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie to join our London kitchens. You will prepare and present rustic Italian dishes using seasonal local produce and lead a section of the kitchen, ensuring quality and efficiency during service.

You’ll work across sections, maintain high hygiene standards, and contribute to menu development while collaborating closely with the kitchen team for a positive dining room atmosphere.
