Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in process design, optimization, and scale-up within the chemical industry.
• Proficiency in process simulation software such as Aspen Plus, HYSYS, or similar.
• Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, heat and mass transfer principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote team environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
