Key Responsibilities

• Lead R&D projects focused on developing new chemical products, formulations, and manufacturing processes.
• Conduct feasibility studies, experimental design, and data analysis to evaluate new concepts and technologies.
• Scale up laboratory processes to pilot and demonstration scale, addressing technical challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including chemists, materials scientists, and manufacturing specialists.
• Author technical reports, patent applications, and research publications.
• Stay abreast of the latest scientific and technological advancements in the chemical industry.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related scientific field.
• Significant experience (7+ years) in chemical R&D, process development, or scale-up.
• Proven track record of innovation and successful development of new chemical products or processes.
• Strong expertise in reaction engineering, catalysis, or separation technologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and experimental design skills.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and process simulation software is advantageous.
