Key Responsibilities

• Utilise advanced modelling and simulation techniques to predict and optimise process performance.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including chemists, material scientists, and project managers.
• Author technical reports, research papers, and patent applications.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Significant experience (8+ years) in chemical process R&D, with a proven track record of innovation.
• Expertise in reaction engineering, process design, and scale-up principles.
• Proficiency with advanced chemical simulation and modelling software.
• Strong understanding of analytical techniques relevant to chemical process development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, tailored for a fully remote team.
