Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of new chemical processes and the optimization of existing ones.
• Conduct thorough process simulations, hazard analyses (HAZOP), and risk assessments to ensure operational safety and compliance.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to deliver successful engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality control, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Troubleshoot operational issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to enhance performance and reliability.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in chemical engineering technologies and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in chemical process design, optimization, or project management.
• Proven experience with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS) and CAD tools.
• Strong understanding of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
