Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and scale-up of chemical processes, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct rigorous process hazard analyses (PHAs ) and implement mitigation strategies to ensure operational safety.
• Optimize existing chemical manufacturing processes to improve yield, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance, to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for chemical engineering initiatives.
• Stay abreast of new technologies and industry best practices in chemical engineering and process safety.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years' experience in chemical engineering , with a focus on process design and optimization.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS) and data analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of chemical reaction kinetics, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage engineering teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
