Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of chemical processes and systems.
• Conduct process hazard analyses (PHAs) and implement safety improvements to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage multiple engineering projects from conception through to commissioning, ensuring adherence to budget and timeline.
• Collaborate with research and development teams to scale up new processes and products.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior chemical engineers and technicians.
• Troubleshoot operational issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to improve plant performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in chemical process engineering , with a strong track record in plant operations or project management.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS) and CAD tools.
• In-depth knowledge of process safety management (PSM) principles and regulatory standards.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
