Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced chemical processes and pilot plant operations.
• Conduct in-depth process analysis, economic evaluations, and risk assessments for new and existing technologies.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and professional growth.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and commercial teams to ensure successful product and process commercialization.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Chemical Engineering .
• Significant experience (5+ years) in chemical process development, scale-up, and troubleshooting.
• Expertise in process simulation, modeling, and statistical process control (SPC).
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing engineering projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
