About the Role

Our client is seeking a passionate and accomplished Senior Choreographer to lead their dance and performance division in Liverpool . This role involves conceptualizing, designing, and staging dynamic and innovative dance routines for various stage productions, music videos, and live events within the arts and entertainment sector. You will work closely with directors, performers, and artistic teams to bring creative visions to life through movement. Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and stage original choreography for stage productions, concerts, and other live events.
• Lead and guide dance rehearsals, ensuring precise execution and artistic interpretation of movement.
• Collaborate with directors and creative teams to develop the overall artistic vision for performances.
• Adapt choreography to suit different styles, music genres, and performance spaces.
• Instruct and mentor dancers, fostering their technical skills and artistic expression.
• Stay current with dance trends, techniques, and innovations within the performing arts landscape.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Choreographer , with a substantial portfolio of diverse dance works.
• Proven ability to create compelling and original movement sequences across various styles.
• Strong understanding of dance technique, musicality, and spatial dynamics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines for production schedules.
• Experience in directing or staging performance pieces is highly desirable.
