About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of civil engineering projects, including road networks, drainage systems, and site development.
• Conduct thorough site investigations, feasibility studies, and technical assessments.
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents using CAD software.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful project completion.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant engineering standards, building codes, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in civil engineering design and project management.
• Proficiency in industry-standard CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and relevant design tools.
• Strong understanding of geotechnical principles , structural analysis, and hydraulic modeling.
• Chartered Engineer status (e.g., MICE) or eligibility for professional accreditation is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
