Key Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate complex insurance claims, determining coverage and liability.
• Manage a caseload of diverse claims, ensuring timely and efficient resolution in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct thorough damage assessments, gather evidence, and interview relevant parties, including claimants and witnesses.
• Communicate effectively with policyholders, legal representatives, and internal departments, providing clear explanations and updates throughout the claims process.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Claims Adjuster, with a strong understanding of insurance principles and practices.
