Key Responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate settlement of complex insurance claims across various lines of business.
- Conduct thorough reviews of policy coverage, loss details, and supporting documentation to determine liability.
- Communicate effectively with policyholders, claimants, legal representatives, and other relevant parties throughout the claims process.
- Prepare detailed reports, documenting claim progression, findings, and settlement recommendations.
- Mentor junior adjusters, providing guidance and sharing best practices in claims management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Claims Adjuster , with a strong understanding of insurance policies and regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload of complex claims independently.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in claims management software and standard office applications.
- A commitment to ethical conduct and a keen eye for detail in documentation and analysis.
