Key Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate claims, determining coverage and liability.
• Manage a caseload of complex and potentially high-value claims from start to finish.
• Communicate effectively with policyholders, witnesses, and legal counsel to gather information and explain claim processes.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for claims files and management review.
• Mentor junior adjusters and provide guidance on best practices and complex case handling.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant insurance regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Claims Adjuster , with a strong understanding of insurance policies and procedures.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a complex workload and prioritize effectively in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in claims management software and standard office applications.
• Relevant professional certifications or a degree in a related field is advantageous.
