Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough liability investigations, identifying coverage issues and policy exclusions.

• Mentor junior adjusters, providing guidance on complex cases and best practices in claims management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant insurance regulations and company policies in your claims handling.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Claims Adjuster, with a proven track record in handling complex claims.
• In-depth knowledge of insurance principles, policy interpretation, and relevant legal statutes.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, adapted for a remote setting.
• Proficiency in using claims management software and digital communication tools.
• A self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload independently from home.
