Key Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate complex insurance claims , including property, casualty, and liability.
• Determine coverage validity based on policy terms and conditions, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
• Communicate effectively with claimants, witnesses, legal counsel, and other stakeholders throughout the claims process.
• Prepare detailed reports, settlement offers, and manage case files meticulously.
• Mentor junior adjusters and provide guidance on challenging claims and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Claims Adjuster , with at least 5 years in a senior or specialized role.
• In-depth knowledge of insurance policies, legal requirements, and claims investigation techniques.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Relevant professional certifications or qualifications in insurance are highly advantageous.
