Key Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and determine coverage for complex insurance claims, including liability and damages assessment.

• Manage a caseload of claims efficiently, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with policyholders, providing clear explanations of claim status, coverage, and settlement options.
• Maintain accurate and detailed claim files, documenting all activities, decisions, and communications within the claims management system .
• Collaborate with internal legal counsel and external experts when necessary to resolve challenging claims.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Claims Adjuster , with a strong understanding of insurance policies and legal principles.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in claims management software and standard office applications.
• Relevant professional certifications or qualifications in insurance adjusting.
