Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Claims Adjuster to join their fully remote team. You will work independently, leveraging strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of insurance policies to investigate, evaluate, and negotiate claims. Key Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate a high volume of complex insurance claims, including liability, property damage, and bodily injury.
• Interpret insurance policies and coverage details to determine claim validity and appropriate settlement amounts.
• Communicate effectively with claimants, legal counsel, and other relevant parties to gather information and explain claim status and decisions.
• Conduct thorough fraud investigations and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and detailed claim files, documenting all activities, communications, and decisions within the claims management system.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior claims adjusters, sharing best practices and technical expertise.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Claims Adjuster , with a strong track record in handling complex cases.
• In-depth knowledge of insurance principles, policies, and relevant legal/regulatory requirements.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage difficult conversations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in claims management software and standard office applications.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ACII) are highly desirable.
