Key Responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, and settle complex insurance claims, ensuring compliance with policy terms and regulatory requirements.

- Provide expert technical advice and mentorship to a team of claims assessors, fostering professional development.
- Identify potential fraud indicators and escalate suspicious claims for further investigation.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive claim records within the company's case management system.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for claims handling and risk management.
Requirements
- Proven track record of at least 5 years as a Claims Assessor, with demonstrable experience in handling complex claims (e.g., property, casualty, or specialty lines).
- In-depth knowledge of insurance policies, relevant legislation, and claims investigation techniques.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build rapport remotely.
- Proficiency in claims management software and standard office applications.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a caseload effectively in a remote setting.
