About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Cleaning Operations Lead to manage and optimize cleaning services across their portfolio in the Leeds area. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of cleaning supervisors and staff to ensure high performance and service quality.
• Develop and implement comprehensive cleaning strategies, procedures, and training programs.
• Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and inventory control for cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing needs and resolving issues proactively.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in cleaning operations management, with a significant portion in a senior leadership capacity.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop large operational teams.
• In-depth knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, chemicals, and health & safety regulations.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated experience in the Leeds area or similar urban environment.
