About the Role
Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join their expanding clinical operations team in Belfast . You will be responsible for the monitoring and management of clinical trial sites, ensuring compliance with protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory requirements. This role is crucial in supporting the successful execution of clinical studies, ensuring data integrity and patient safety. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits for clinical trials according to study protocols and SOPs.
- Ensure accurate and timely collection, verification, and reporting of clinical data from study sites.
- Verify that investigational products are administered, stored, and accounted for correctly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investigators and site staff, providing ongoing support.
- Identify and resolve site-level issues and deviations, escalating as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and ethical standards in Belfast .
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a life science, nursing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- In-depth knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements for clinical trials.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clinical trial sites and complex study protocols.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to clinical trial sites as required.
