About the Role
Our client is seeking a dedicated Remote Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join their global clinical operations team. This fully remote position allows you to manage and monitor clinical trials from the comfort of your home office, contributing to the successful execution of vital research studies within the pharmaceutical industry . You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with protocols, regulations, and data integrity across multiple study sites. This role is pivotal in advancing new medicines and requires a highly organized and proactive individual with a strong understanding of clinical research methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct remote and on-site (as needed) monitoring visits to ensure protocol compliance and data accuracy at clinical trial sites.
- Verify the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of clinical data through source data verification (SDV).
- Manage communication and relationships with clinical investigators and site staff, providing training and support.
- Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, regulatory requirements, and study protocols.
- Prepare and present monitoring visit reports, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions.
- Oversee site readiness, initiation, and close-out activities for assigned clinical trial sites.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a life science, nursing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate, preferably with remote monitoring experience.
- In-depth knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines , and relevant regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Experience with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems and clinical trial management systems (CTMS).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel occasionally for site visits.
