About the Role
Our client is a leader in the AI and Emerging Technologies space, seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud AI Engineer to join their fully remote workforce. In this vital role, you will design, build, and maintain scalable cloud-based AI infrastructure and MLOps pipelines. You will empower data scientists and engineers by providing robust platforms for developing, training, and deploying AI models efficiently and reliably. This position offers the opportunity to work on challenging, impactful projects with a team of dedicated professionals, contributing to the advancement of AI solutions from anywhere in the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure for AI/ML workloads (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Develop and maintain robust MLOps pipelines for automated model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Optimize cloud resource utilization and costs for AI initiatives.
- Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to ensure smooth deployment and operation of AI models.
- Implement best practices for security, reliability, and performance of cloud-based AI systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, with a strong focus on AI/ML infrastructure and MLOps.
- Proficiency in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP) and relevant AI/ML services.
- Strong experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a remote, collaborative team environment.
