Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts, including partnership agreements, IT contracts, and consultancy agreements.

- Oversee and advise on intellectual property matters, including brand protection and licensing.
- Support business development and M&A activities with expert legal due diligence and negotiation.
- Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practice.
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 7 years of relevant post-qualification experience in commercial law.
- Extensive experience in drafting and negotiating high-value commercial contracts.
- Strong knowledge of intellectual property, data protection, and corporate governance.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to provide pragmatic, business-oriented legal solutions.
