Senior Commercial Manager – Major Infrastructure Projects

Laing O'Rourke in Chelmsford is recruiting a Commercial Manager to lead the commercial management of allocated project areas, ensuring targets for cost, cash, margin and performance are met. You will manage live subcontract packages, draft and close out subcontracts, and provide commercial guidance to project teams.

The role requires experience with NEC contracts, a Quantity Surveying degree, and a track record in power, energy or infrastructure projects.
