Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts, including major supply agreements, licensing deals, and strategic partnerships.
Advise on intellectual property rights, data protection (GDPR), and e-commerce regulations.
Manage and resolve commercial disputes, including arbitration and mediation proceedings.
Conduct legal risk assessments for new business initiatives and market entries.
Provide expert guidance on regulatory compliance and corporate governance matters.
Collaborate with business development and operations teams to support strategic objectives.

Requirements

Qualified solicitor or barrister with a minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial law .
Proven track record in drafting and negotiating high-value commercial contracts.
In-depth knowledge of IP, data privacy, and related regulatory frameworks.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage a demanding workload effectively in a remote setup.
