Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including service agreements, supply contracts, and partnership deeds.
• Provide expert legal advice on regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and data protection matters.
• Manage a caseload of complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters, aiming for favourable outcomes.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare comprehensive legal opinions and memoranda.
• Supervise and mentor junior solicitors and trainees, fostering their professional development.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience as a solicitor, with a strong focus on commercial law .
• Demonstrable experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• In-depth knowledge of UK commercial legislation and case law.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Admission to the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) is essential.
