This role is pivotal in seamlessly integrating visual effects elements with live-action footage, creating photorealistic and visually stunning final shots. Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality digital compositing of live-action elements and CGI assets for film and television.
• Integrate various layers, including matte paintings, 3D renders, and visual effects, ensuring seamless blending and photorealism.
• Color correct and match plates, maintaining consistency and artistic integrity across shots.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex compositing challenges, working closely with VFX supervisors and other artists.
• Utilize advanced compositing techniques such as keying, rotoscoping, tracking, and multi-pass compositing.
• Maintain shot continuity and ensure adherence to project deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Compositor in the VFX industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing feature film credits.
• Expert proficiency in industry-standard compositing software such as Nuke.
• Solid understanding of color theory, light, and photographic principles.
• Experience with various VFX elements including CGI integration, rotoscoping, keying, and motion tracking.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
