About the Role
Our client is actively seeking a talented Senior Computational Biologist with a strong background in Machine Learning to join their cutting-edge research team. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and validate machine learning models for the analysis of high-dimensional biological data.

- Collaborate closely with experimental biologists, bioinformaticians, and data scientists to define research questions and design data analysis strategies.
- Process, clean, and integrate diverse biological datasets from various sources.
- Communicate complex findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Contribute to the development of research strategy and the exploration of new computational approaches.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience applying machine learning techniques to biological problems.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data science, such as Python or R, and relevant ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong understanding of biological principles and experience analyzing omics data (genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics).
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deploy robust ML models in a research setting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in a remote environment.
