Key Responsibilities

- Build scalable data processing pipelines and integrate diverse biological datasets using cloud-based platforms.

Requirements
- A PhD in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Significant experience (6+ years) in applying machine learning and statistical modeling to biological data.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (with libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and R.
- Experience with cloud computing environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies.
- Strong understanding of biological systems, molecular pathways, and common bioinformatics analysis techniques.
