Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality concept art, including character designs, environment concepts, prop designs, and mood pieces.
• Collaborate closely with art directors, game designers, and directors to interpret and visualize project requirements.
• Develop and refine visual styles, colour palettes, and lighting scenarios for diverse projects.
• Produce detailed sketches, renderings, and polished illustrations to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Maintain consistent artistic quality and style across all concept art deliverables.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging art styles to continually innovate and inspire the team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in concept art for games, film, or animation.
• A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional artistic skill, creativity, and versatility in various styles.
• Proficiency in industry-standard digital painting software such as Photoshop .
• Solid understanding of anatomy, perspective, colour theory, composition, and lighting.
• Experience working effectively within a remote team structure and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
