*

Coordinating M&E installations and ensuring effective integration with wider construction and infrastructure packages.

*

Managing construction activities within a phased, live and occupied commercial building.

*

Planning and coordinating out-of-hours works, weekend working and critical construction activities.

*

Ensuring health and safety compliance, quality standards and site procedures are maintained.

*

Attending site meetings, reporting progress and resolving construction-related issues.

*

Liaising with the Project Manager, subcontractors, consultants and wider project stakeholders to maintain programme and delivery targets.

Proven experience as a Senior Construction Manager, Construction Manager or Senior Site Manager on major commercial construction or commercial fit out projects.
