Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of site operations for major construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of site managers, engineers, and site personnel, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, managing resources effectively.
• Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations and company policies.
• Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Manage risk, resolve conflicts, and make critical decisions to keep projects on track.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Construction Manager or similar senior site leadership role, preferably with large-scale residential or commercial developments.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, contract administration, and project management methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage significant project budgets and complex schedules.
• Relevant degree or professional qualification (e.g., CIOB, CEng) and relevant site safety certification (e.g., SMSTS).
