Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management , with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) and collaboration platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, MRICS) are highly advantageous.
