Our client, a reputable management consultancy , is seeking a motivated Senior Consultant specializing in Business Process Improvement to join their team in Belfast . This role focuses on helping clients enhance their operational efficiency and effectiveness through the analysis and redesign of business processes. You will play a key role in diagnosing operational challenges, recommending tailored solutions, and guiding clients through successful implementation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented consultant to drive tangible improvements for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed assessments of current business processes, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Design and document optimized future-state processes, utilizing best practices and innovative approaches.
- Develop business cases and project plans for process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with client teams to implement new processes and ensure smooth transitions.
- Measure and report on the impact of process changes, demonstrating value creation.
- Provide training and support to client personnel on new methodologies and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 4-6 years of experience in management consulting, operations, or process improvement roles.
- Strong understanding of process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN) and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of working with diverse teams.
- Proven track record in successfully implementing process improvements.
