Senior Consultant - Change Management & Organisational Design

About the Role

Our client, a forward-thinking Management Consultancy , is seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join their remote-first team, focusing on Change Management and Organisational Design . Based in the Sunderland, Tyne and Wear, UK region but working entirely remotely, you will guide organisations through periods of significant transformation. This role involves designing effective change strategies, fostering employee engagement, and shaping organisational structures to support new ways of working. It's an ideal opportunity for an experienced professional to make a substantial impact on client success from a remote location.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies for client-led transformations.
• Assess organisational readiness for change and identify potential risks and mitigation strategies.
• Design effective communication plans to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build capacity for change within client organisations.
• Advise on organisational design principles to align structures, roles, and processes with strategic goals.
• Measure the effectiveness of change initiatives and provide ongoing support.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, organisational development, or a related consulting field.
• Proven ability to design and implement successful change management programs.
• Strong understanding of organisational design principles and their application.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working remotely and managing client relationships in a virtual environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci) are a plus.
