Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies, including corporate finance, M&A, and capital markets advisory.
• Conduct rigorous financial analysis, valuation, and forecasting to support client decision-making.
• Advise clients on optimizing capital structure and managing financial risk.
• Support clients through financial due diligence and post-merger integration processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client finance departments and senior management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial strategy consulting , investment banking, or corporate finance.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and strategic financial planning.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, financial regulations, and risk management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; a Master's degree or CFA is highly desirable.
