You will employ methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma to diagnose issues, design solutions, and implement lasting improvements. Key Responsibilities

• Lead diagnostic assessments of client operations to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Design and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.

• Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Train and mentor client teams on operational excellence principles and tools.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in operational improvement consulting or relevant industry roles.
• Certified Lean or Six Sigma Black Belt is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex operational projects.
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
