Senior Consultant - Operations Excellence

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Senior Consultant focused on Operations Excellence to join their remote team. This role is central to helping organizations streamline their operations, improve efficiency, and reduce costs. You will leverage your expertise in process improvement methodologies, such as Lean and Six Sigma, to analyze client operations and implement transformative solutions. This position requires a self-starter who can work autonomously and collaboratively in a virtual setting, driving significant operational improvements for clients nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational diagnostic assessments and identify key areas for improvement.
• Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and other process optimization methodologies.
• Develop and execute detailed action plans for operational enhancements.
• Quantify and track the financial and operational benefits of implemented solutions.
• Coach client teams on best practices for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in operations consulting, process improvement, or supply chain management.
• Certified Lean or Six Sigma Black Belt is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
