Key Responsibilities

• Oversee litigation and dispute resolution, working with external counsel as needed.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with substantial post-qualification experience (8+ years) in corporate law.
• Proven track record in managing significant corporate transactions and providing strategic legal advice.
• Deep understanding of UK company law, securities regulations, and corporate governance .
• Exceptional negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead legal initiatives and work effectively in a fully remote setting.
