Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity, and corporate restructuring.

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents, including share purchase agreements, investment agreements, and joint venture agreements.
• Conduct thorough legal due diligence and risk assessments for all transactions.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with a minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law.
• Proven track record in managing and successfully closing high-value corporate transactions.
