Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with a valid practicing certificate in England and Wales.
• Minimum of 7 years post-qualification experience in corporate law , preferably within a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.
• Proven track record in managing complex transactional work and advising on intricate legal issues.
• Excellent understanding of company law and related regulatory frameworks.
• Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
