Senior Curriculum Developer (Remote)

About the Role

Our client seeks a dedicated and visionary Senior Curriculum Developer to join their expanding educational technology team. This role operates on a remote-first basis, allowing for a flexible work arrangement based anywhere in the UK. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of innovative curricula for diverse learning programs, ensuring alignment with learning objectives and quality standards.
• Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and digital assets.
• Collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to gather content requirements and validate instructional materials.
• Evaluate and update existing curricula based on learner feedback, performance data, and evolving industry trends.
• Implement learning solutions using various instructional technologies and platforms.
• Facilitate training sessions or workshops on curriculum development best practices for internal teams.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum design and development, preferably within the EdTech or corporate learning sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Studies, or a related discipline; a Master's is a significant asset.
• Demonstrated expertise in adult learning theories and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
• Proficiency with content authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Exceptional project management skills, with the capacity to handle complex projects from conception to completion.
• Proven ability to thrive in a remote work environment and contribute to a cohesive virtual team.
