Key Responsibilities

• Lead the response to cybersecurity incidents, including investigation, containment, and eradication efforts.
• Develop and implement proactive security measures and detection capabilities.
• Configure, manage, and optimize security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and EDR solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure security best practices are integrated into all systems and processes.
• Provide expert guidance on cybersecurity best practices and emerging threats to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., GSEC, GCIH, CISSP) are highly valued.
• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity , incident response, and threat hunting.
• Strong expertise in network protocols, operating system security, and malware analysis.
• Proficiency in security scripting (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation and tool development.
• Experience working with cloud security environments (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities suitable for remote collaboration .
