Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and deploy advanced machine learning models (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, deep learning).
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for model improvement.
• Collaborate with domain experts and engineers to define project requirements and integrate models into production systems.
• Design and execute A/B tests and other experiments to validate model performance and business impact.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science and machine learning research.
• Communicate complex findings and model interpretations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in data science, with a significant focus on machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python or R, including libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Strong experience with SQL and working with large datasets.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business problems into data science solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for remote teamwork.
