Key Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models to solve business problems in areas like customer behaviour, predictive maintenance, and fraud detection.
• Perform complex data analysis, statistical modeling, and hypothesis testing on large, multi-structured datasets.
• Design and implement data pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and feature engineering.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product managers, to integrate ML solutions into products and services.
• Communicate complex findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI, and evaluate their potential application.

Requirements

• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a quantitative field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in data science and machine learning, with a proven track record of building and deploying models.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages like Python or R, and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Expertise in statistical analysis, experimental design, and data mining techniques.
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and SQL.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
