About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior Data Scientist to join their innovative data team, based remotely. You will be responsible for developing predictive models, designing experiments, and communicating findings to stakeholders across the organization, driving data-informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sophisticated machine learning models and algorithms to solve business problems.
• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Design and conduct A/B tests and other experiments to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
• Communicate complex findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models into production environments.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of professional experience in data science or a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and associated libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with SQL and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
• Solid understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and experimental design.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
