Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights related to customer behavior, market dynamics, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate data science solutions into production environments.
• Develop data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI, and apply them to enhance existing methodologies.
• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to building a strong data-driven culture.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Significant professional experience (5+ years) in data science, machine learning, or artificial intelligence.
• Expert proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong experience with SQL and working with large-scale databases and data warehousing solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies is a plus.
