Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business challenges.
• Perform data mining, data cleaning, and data preparation on large, diverse datasets.
• Develop and deploy predictive models, and evaluate their performance and impact.
• Communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through visualizations and reports.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate data science solutions into production systems.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI.

Requirements

• Ph.D. or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in data science or a related analytical role.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R , and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
• Experience with SQL and working with large datasets using big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
