Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative and aesthetically compelling architectural designs for diverse projects.
• Produce high-quality concept designs, detailed drawings, and visualisations.
• Coordinate design development with project managers, consultants, and contractors.
• Ensure designs meet client requirements, regulatory standards, and sustainability goals.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site analyses to inform design proposals.
• Actively participate in design reviews and present concepts to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a qualified Architect , with a focus on design.
• Proficiency in Rhino , Grasshopper, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
• Strong understanding of UK planning policies and building regulations.
• Excellent visual communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and manage project components autonomously.
• Professional Architect qualification (ARB/RIBA).
