About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging digital learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and interactive simulations.
• Collaborate with educators and subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and pedagogical effectiveness.
• Utilize a range of e-learning tools and platforms to create dynamic learning experiences.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of digital learning programs and implement improvements based on feedback and data.
• Provide guidance and support to other team members on best practices in digital learning design.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables for digital learning initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital learning development or instructional design.
• Proficiency with industry-standard authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate).
• Strong understanding of learning theories and their application in digital environments.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning analytics.
